Yes! All CRM features (pipelines, contacts, workflows, forms) are unlimited with no extra cost. Only external services like SMS, email, phone, AI, and WhatsApp have usage-based costs.
Each plan includes a set amount of SMS and emails per month (see pricing above). Usage beyond included limits is billed monthly at standard rates: $0.03–$0.05 per SMS and $5–$15 per additional 10,000 emails. You'll never be surprised by unexpected charges.

The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, account configuration, CRM setup, pipeline creation, and initial workflow configuration. Basic setup starts at $197, while full automation setup ranges from $500–$1,500 depending on complexity. "Done with you" onboarding calls are available for $97.
You can cancel anytime after the initial 30-day commitment period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Note: No refunds are provided after onboarding is complete.
