Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

What kind of support do you offer?

Every plan includes email support. Growth and Pro plans include priority support with faster response times. Pro plans also get a dedicated account manager.

How does platform access work?

You'll receive access to your own sub-account within our managed marketing platform. Log in and use all features — CRM, websites, funnels, automations, and messaging — all under one roof. We handle the backend management so you can focus on growing your business.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes, you can import contacts from CSV files or connect integrations with popular CRMs and marketing tools. Our support team can help with large imports.

Are CRM features truly unlimited?

Yes! All CRM features (pipelines, contacts, workflows, forms) are unlimited with no extra cost. Only external services like SMS, email, phone, AI, and WhatsApp have usage-based costs.

How does SMS and email usage work?

Each plan includes a set amount of SMS and emails per month (see pricing above). Usage beyond included limits is billed monthly at standard rates: $0.03–$0.05 per SMS and $5–$15 per additional 10,000 emails. You'll never be surprised by unexpected charges.

How secure is my data?

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 compliant and follow industry best practices for data protection.

What is the setup fee for?

The one-time setup fee covers onboarding, account configuration, CRM setup, pipeline creation, and initial workflow configuration. Basic setup starts at $197, while full automation setup ranges from $500–$1,500 depending on complexity. "Done with you" onboarding calls are available for $97.

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel anytime after the initial 30-day commitment period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Note: No refunds are provided after onboarding is complete.
